Struggling hard with my alcohol addiction

Hi all, I am from Toronto and I am 3 months pregnant. I suffer from depression and struggle hard with my alcohol addiction. I had a habit of drinking every night ( vodka mixed with southern comfort ) and I stopped using it when I came to know that I am going to be a mom. But things are not going as I expected. I am experiencing horrible withdrawal symptoms when I stopped taking it. I can't sleep in the night and I don't know what causes me to awake all the night Sad

. I had a bottle of beer last night. I know it's not good for the baby, but I can't stop drinking. I don't know what to do. I was thinking to have an alcohol addiction treatment from Toronto. While searching online, I saw many rehab sites which has details regarding many recovery programs. I just would like suggestions on where I should go from here. I have been fighting this addiction for so long that I can?t imagine how to control my addiction and come out of it. Please help me. I need your suggestions and prayers.

It is great that you made right decision for your baby but I know it is extremely hard to overcome the addiction suddenly. I was also in same situation and it troubled me a lot so I consulted the experts at addiction counseling Virginia center. They helped me with everything.
