Be thankful

The most painful and excruciating death a human can bear, God bore it for us
The most agonizing heartache anyone can bear, God bore it for us.
When we feel lost and alone with no one to turn to, God felt it first.
When we feel the strength come out of our knees and scream,
"My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" Remember, God felt it first.
All the blood and hurt that is in this world, was redeemed by the Cross.
All the anger and hate, suffering loss, all of it was redeemed by the Cross.
Be thankful God remembered you while He was dying and said,
"Father, forgive them, they know not what they do."
Be thankful you have a new life to live, all because of what Jesus did.
