The writing is designed for children and is easy to read. The pictures are very clear, detailed, descriptive of the story. At the end of each chapter is a set of questions to further dialogue between parent and child.

The book is hard covered and measures 10 1/2 inches by 8 1/5 inches. The book is also accompanied by a CD which is a narration by the author and music to go along with the story.
Recommended for children 5 years of age and older.
