To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers In Thanks for the King of Kings

Let us give thanks for the King of kings. Heavenly Father, so we may be led away from the darkness, You sent Your only begotten Son. We pray all will see the blessings He offers to all who follow Him. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray You will raise up for us leaders who will guide us through tribulation and encourage the people to do what is right and just.

Dear Lord, we pray You will protect our leaders from the lures and temptations of the evil one.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the example we receive through the teachings of Your Holy Son.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us in how we may share the blessings of Your Holy Word.

Dear Lord, we come to You with a contrite heart in sorrow for our sins.

Dear Lord, we pray for the blessings of Your great mercy.

Dear Lord, we pray our robes may be washed white in the blood of the Lamb so we may be purified of all the stains of our sin.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will be guided by the example of love poured out for us from upon the cross. Heavenly Father, You sent us Your Holy Son so that we might learn from Him the blessings of love. He truly is our eternal King. We pray every ear may hear the good news of the mercy He offers to every soul who comes to follow Him. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
