2nd Annual Angels Among Us Art Contest
This contest is for anyone desiring to share angel creativity in written or art work form.
Perhaps you’ve experienced an angelic event and want to share it with others.
You can either write your stories or share through pictures or multidimensional art.
Suggested Creative Categories: Age Groups:

Rules:
1.) Angels must be the topic for all entries.
2.) All art must be original. No copying the work of others.
3.) Help is allowed, but the work must be done by the entrant.
4.) Art must be tasteful, morally and spiritually good. As the artist, you have the right of expression and creativity. Keep in mind, the judging panel has the right to reject anything submitted that is not in the boundaries of being tastefully, morally and spiritually good.
5.) The contest begins on September 1, 2006 and Entries will be accepted until 7PM on October 2, 2006 The Feast of the Guardian Angels.
6.) Entries must be accompanied by the following information:
a. Name
b. Age and Grade (if applicable)
c. Phone Number
d. Church and School (if applicable)
7.) The winners will be notified by phone and requested to attend our awards ceremony (open to public) on October 28, 2006 at 2PM (The Feast of St. Simon and St. Jude).
8.) All artwork will be on display in the store until the awards presentation. Entrants will be allowed to claim their work after the awards presentation. Any artwork unclaimed after November 11, 2006 will become the property of the Guardian Angel Store.
9.) The Guardian Angel Store reserves the right to photograph all entries and display them on the internet. Privacy will be maintained unless requested by the artist or legal guardian.
Prizes:
All entries will receive an honorable participation certificate. Each age group will be awarded a special ribbon for First, Second and Third places. Over all we will select the 2 best artists and award them a $10 gift Certificate to the Guarding Angel Store.
Judging:
The judging panel will be selected by the management of the Guardian Angel Store. Judges will base their decisions on creativeness, original concept, spirituality, and content.
The Guardian Angel Store is excited to hold this contest. We look forward to displaying the talents for the enjoyment and educational benefit of others in the Colorado Springs region.
