Answer | What is your return policy?Please note: You must contact us using the Contact Us Link on the Left Menu before returning any items. Items without received without proper authorization will be refused.
RETURN POLICY
Damaged Items:
Items damaged due to shipping are only eligible for return if insurance was purchased on the item. We do everything we can to make sure your item gets to you safely.
Items with manufacturer defect are eligible to be returned for exchange.
Returns:
If the item is not to your liking, we will refund the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee, upon receipt and inspection of the item. Refunded items must be in the same shape and condition as they were when we shipped them out, and in the same packaging.
Shipping:
We are not responsible for shipping if the item is returned. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. We are not responsible if you do not receive the item by a certain deadline, and will not refund shipping. Please choose the correct shipping speed during checkout.
Return Time Lines:
In order to process a return, we must be contacted within 10 business days, and the item must be received within 10 business days of return authorization. Time extensions may be allowed on a case by case basis, but no longer than 30 days. [ Back to Top ]

| My item was damged.If the item was damaged during shipping, we will place a claim with the Post Office and will reimburse you for the item after the claim goes through.
If the damage was due to manufacturer defect, we will replace the item. [ Back to Top ]
| I never got my item.While this is a rare occasion, it does happen. We will research the item to see if it was lost on our end or in shipping. If the item has not been shipped, you will have the option to cancel the order, or we can ship it immediately. If the item is lost during shipping and insurance was purchased during checkout, we will place a tracker and or claim on it through the Post Office. If and When the Post Office reimburses for the cost of the item, you will be refunded.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, extra fees, and items lost during shipping if no insurance was purchased. We will do everything in our power to resolve the problem. [ Back to Top ]
