About the Author

From 1999 through 2002 Mary wrote articles that focused on community, family, local history, reminisce pieces, timely topics and travel that appeared consistently in publications in Arizona. Shortly after Mary moved to Colorado Springs she tutored students in reading and writing that led me to create fun, educational stories filled with interesting facts and cultural traditions and to develop interactive reading presentations for schools.
