To all who see these words, greetings;

Prayers in Thanks for the Light of the Resurrection:

Let us pray that just as we see the light in the morning, we will see the Light of the world within our hearts. Heavenly Father, we can only imagine the sorrow as Your Son was taken from those who walked with Him. We also bow our heads in sorrow for our sin for which He suffered. We lift up our voices in thanks and praise for the sacrifice which was made for us. We pray that every soul may be healed and know the joy of the salvation to which we are delivered by the love of Your Holy Son. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our voices in thanks and praise for all whom You have sent to teach us the truth of the gospel.

Dear Lord, we lift up our voices in thanks and praise for the Light which You sent to light the way to Your Holy kingdom.

Dear Lord, we ask that You guide us in how we, too, may spread the good news of the Lord.

Dear Lord, we pray that You grant us wisdom and understanding in how we may share the blessings of Your love with all who cross our paths.

Dear Lord, help us to see beyond the cares of this world so that we may prepare for the eternity to come.

Dear Lord, just as those who walked with Him were filled with joy to see Him risen, let all the generations rejoice in the blessings of His resurrection.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the miracle of everlasting life which was brought to us through the sacrifice upon the cross.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we may remember the love poured out for us through the life, death and resurrection of the only begotten Son of God. Heavenly Father, our days are filled with many demands and many distractions. We are tempted to take for granted the love which Your Son continues to pour out for us. Help our hearts to see, so what was done for us is never forgotten. Help us to share with our children and all who cross our path, so that Your eternal love may be shared throughout and unto the last generation of the children of Your creation. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
