To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers for the Wisdom and Strength of Love

Let us pray we are given the wisdom and strength to follow His commandments of love. Heavenly Father, Your only begotten Son teaches us that the greatest of commandments are love for You as well as one another as we love ourselves. He told us that all the law and the prophets depend on these. We pray You will guide us in how we may live according to these commandments and how we may share their blessings with one another. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray You will grant us the wisdom and strength by which we may do what is right and just.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us see how we may avoid the temptations which lead us to harm of our relationship with You, one another, and ourselves.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the example of love given to us through Your only begotten Son.

Dear Lord, help us to see how we may encourage one another through both the words and deeds of love.

Dear Lord, we give thanks and praise for all we may share through Your commandments of love.

Dear Lord, we adore You, we praise You, we love You, and we thank You for Your love, Your mercy, and Your great glory.

Dear Lord, we pray You will lead us in how we may defeat evil through sharing and living Your commandments of love.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we shall see the many ways we may share the blessings of love. Heavenly Father, Your only begotten Son teaches us the power of love, not only by word, but more importantly by deed. We lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the example of love demonstrated by His life and sacrifice which was given for our salvation. We pray You will help us to see the many ways by which we may conquer evil as we share the blessings of Your eternal flame of love. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
