To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We Are Filled With the Spirit of Charity and Love

Let us pray that we may be filled with the Spirit of charity and love. Heavenly Father, You sent Your holy Son so we might learn the blessings of Your love and what we may share as we we approach one another with civility, compassion, caring, and charity. We pray You will help us turn away from the darkness so we may walk forever within the light of Your love. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for those You allowed to witness the life, death, and resurrection of Your only begotten Son.

Dear Lord, we thank You for the succession of those who have learned the blessings of Your holy Word and whom You sent forth to share the good news of the gospel.

Dear Lord, we pray You will enable every heart to see and share the blessings of love.

Dear Lord, we pray You will grant us wisdom and understanding of the teaching and example of Your only begotten Son, so we might follow and live in the light of His example to us.

Dear Lord, we pray You will be forever within us and keep us within You so we may be an instrument of Your mercy and love.

Dear Lord, we pray for Your protection from the seductions of the world which endeavor to separate us from You.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for those You brought to Your holy Son so they may teach the world the blessings of Your holy Word.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will be filled with the Spirit of charity for one another. Heavenly Father, we are blessed by all those You send forth to share Your good news. Unfortunately, the ears which must hear are many and those who speak and do are few. We pray You will help more of our youth to respond to Your call to share in the work necessary to spread the good news of the gospel. We pray Your Holy Spirit will guide us all in how we may give thanks to You through the charity and love which we share with one another. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
