To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We Are Guided to the Prince of Love

Let us pray the Holy Spirit will guide us to the One of love. Heavenly Father, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the One You sent to reveal to us the blessings of love. We pray every heart may be filled with all which is taught by Your only begotten Son. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray You will lead us and work through us to bring forth peace.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks and praise for the light of Your love.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in sorrow for the ways we have failed you.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks and praise for the One You sent so we may be forgiven of our sins.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us in how we may help accomplish Your will.

Dear Lord, as You guided John the Baptist to herald the way for Your Son, we pray You will guide us in how we may herald the blessings of Your Holy Word.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for those You send to help us see the blessings of Your Holy Word.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will be guided in how we may follow the path of the Lord. Heavenly Father, the world obscures what is right and just because they fail to see the fullness of Your light. We lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for sending the light of Your Son to the world to help us see. We pray every ear may hear and every heart may receive the blessing of Your Holy Word. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
