To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers Our Hearts Will Be Guided by the Light of God

Let us pray we may always be guided by His Light. Heavenly Father, You are the Creator of all light. You set the light of the day and the lights of the night. So that all might see, You sent Your eternal Light to the world; Your only begotten Son. We pray every heart may receive the blessings of this wondrous Light. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the prophecy of the Light.

Dear Lord, we pray all may gather together within the warmth and blessings of Your Holy Light.

Dear Lord, we pray You will send the Light of the Holy Spirit to ignite the fire of love within our hearts.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for all the blessings which Your Light reveals.

Dear Lord, it was by the light of a star by which You lead the Magi to see and worship Your Holy Son. We pray You will guide our hearts by an even brighter star.

Dear Lord, we ask pardon for all those who turn from Your Light. We pray You will guide us in how we may help those in the darkness to come to the blessings of Your Light.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the Light of Your Holy Son by which the blessings of Your Holy Word is revealed.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, our hearts shall be guided by the Holy Light of God. Heavenly Father, You sent Your only begotten Son as the Light to guide the world. Through this Light, we are able to see the eternal wonders of Your love. We pray You will guide us in how we may share the blessings of this love with all who cross our path. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
