To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We May Hear the Good Shepherd

Let us pray we may hear the voice of the Good Shepherd. Heavenly Father, You sent us Your only begotten Son as our Shepherd to teach us and lead us in Your ways. We pray every ear may hear the voice of love which leads us to You. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to see the light and blessings brought to us through Your Holy Word.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us see through those who endeavor to stir emotions of hate.

Dear Lord, we pray You will gather us in so we may share in the worship of the Lamb.

Dear Lord, we thank You for the many ways You work within our lives to help us survive the time of great distress.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us in how we may bring Your light to souls which languish in the darkness.

Dear Lord, we listen for Your voice and lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the wisdom of Your Word.

Dear Lord, we pray You will lead us to the green pastures of love.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will follow the Good Shepherd sent to lead us. Heavenly Father, we are a flock surrounded by ravenous wolves. We lift up our heart in thanks and praise for the Good Shepherd You sent to lead us to the protection of Your pastures of love. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
