To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We Are Guided In Our Love

Let us pray we shall be filled with compassion and care for all who cross our path. Heavenly Father, You grant us mercy and You call us to mercy. We pray You will remove whatever hardness may be within our hearts so we may clearly see our opportunities to help those who surround us. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, grant us the wisdom, courage, and strength through which to learn and live the blessings of Your Holy Word.

Dear Lord, help us to see the opportunities by which we may teach Your blessings to our children, so they are also prepared to teach their children for the blessings of the generations to come.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for sending to us Your only begotten Son so that we might learn through Him the blessings of love.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide our hearts to not only hear, but comprehend the wisdom of Your Word.

Dear Lord, we pray You will open the eyes of our hearts so we may see the opportunities by which we may share in love and encourage others to love in the ways You command.

Dear Lord, we pray You will not only help us to reconcile with those we love, but also with those who present themselves as antagonists.

Dear Lord, we pray that You will guide us through our opportunities to care for others so we may help accomplish Your will.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will not fall to the temptation to pass on the other side. Heavenly Father, we are tempted to turn away from those who make us uncomfortable. We are weak to such moments and those where our emotions are fueled with fear and worldly animosities. We pray You will heal us of such ills so we may turn away our fears and our animosities, so we may care for one another with humility, civility, dignity, and respect. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
