To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;
Prayers In Adoration of the King of Kings
Let us pray with a contrite heart in adoration of the King of kings. Heavenly Father, through what we have done and what we have failed to do, we have offended You. We lift up our hearts in sorrow for our iniquities and pray for the blessings of Your grace and mercy. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.
Dear Lord, we pray You will raise up for us leaders who will do what is right and just and who will lead the people in all which is right and just.
Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks for those You send who teach us the blessings of Your Holy Truth.
Dear Lord, we pray You will grant us wisdom and understanding by which we may lead our lives according to the purpose for which You created us.
Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the inheritance to which You call us.
Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in sorrow for the many ways we have added to Your agony.
Dear Lord, though we are not worthy, we pray You will forgive us for the ways we have offended You.
Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for Your blessings as the King of kings and Lord of lords.
For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we shall recognize the glory of our King. Heavenly Father, You sent Your only begotten Son as our King of kings and Lord of lords. We lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the sacrifice made for our salvation. We humbly pray You will cleanse us of our iniquities and purify us of all evil so we may walk with You in Your holy kingdom. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
