To all who see these words, greetings;

Prayers in Thanks for His Light

Let us pray in thanks for what He has given us through which we may share His Word. Heavenly Father, You sent Your only begotten Son to the world as the Word made flesh. You sent Him to us, not just so that we may listen, but so we may live. We pray You guide us in our day so that as we live, we may too become examples of Your Word. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray that You accept our thanks and praise for revealing the light of Your love to the world.

Dear Lord, we pray You guide us so that we will not follow those with empty words, but those who share the light of Your truth.

Dear Lord, we pray You guide our hearts as to how we may share Your Word and share in the love to which You command us.

Dear Lord, we pray that as we learn of Your Word, You guide us in how we may share it for the blessings of others.

Dear Lord, we pray that You help us see the way to bring peace among the children of Your creation.

Dear Lord, we pray You guide parents in how they may raise their children with the blessings of love.

Dear Lord, we pray You guide us in how we may share Your Word amongst ourselves and with the generations to come.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we walk our daily lives, we are guided in how we may share His love. Heavenly Father, You have shown us a great light which lights the path to Your eternal kingdom. We pray You help us learn how we may bring unity to Your church and peace to all the children of Your creation. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
