To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers for Our Spiritual Healing

Let us pray that God will provide for our healing. Heavenly Father, through disobedience to You, death entered the world. We lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for Your great love and mercy for the children of Your creation which You demonstrate through Your willingness to forgive us of our transgressions. We pray You will lead our hearts away from our disobedience so we may receive the healing which comes only through You. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in sorrow for the many ways we offend You.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us see how we may turn from the ways of the world to the ways You ask of us.

Dear Lord, help us to see that as we help others, we also help ourselves.

Dear Lord, grant us the wisdom, courage, and strength to do what is right and just.

Dear Lord, we pray You will protect us from the deceptions which lead us to spiritual death.

Dear Lord, we pray for our physical healing, but more importantly, for the healing of our soul.

Dear Lord, help us to see the good we may bring and the blessings we may share.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we shall learn the ways of spiritual health. Heavenly Father, the illnesses of our soul comes through our disobedience to You. We pray You will help us recognize our failings and grant us the wisdom, courage, and strength by which we may turn away from the ways of the world and towards the ways You have always intended for us; the ways of love. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
