To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers God Will Light Our Path

Let us pray our Lord will provide the light which will help us see the righteous path. Heavenly Father, we are prisoners of our fallacies. We fail to comprehend the errors of our choices. We stumble on the dark path, for in our ignorance, we dropped Your hand so we might explore dangerous and foolish things. We pray You will not leave us alone to suffer the consequences of our making, but that You will lead us back to the path You have always desired we might walk; the only path which leads us to Your holy kingdom. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray You will forever lead us to what is right and just.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for what You teach us and how You lead us.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us in how we may share the blessing of love.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for Your covenant of eternal love.

Dear Lord, we pray You will purge us of that which corrupts the heart and soul.

Dear Lord, we pray You will forgive our ignorance and selfish desires and lead us to Your ways of love.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks for the blessings of Your Holy Son, whom You sent to lead us to Your holy kingdom.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will continue to hold the hand of the One who leads us to the safety of His kingdom. Heavenly Father, the light in the shadows is dim. From it, we cannot see the blessed path. We pray You will lead us from the darkness so we may know forever, the life sustaining warmth of Your holy light. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
