Many blessings to all,
As we approach each day, there are many dangers about us. In Psalms 23:4, it is written, “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me.“ God walks with us always and provides us with many means of protection though we may walk paths which expose us to the ravages of evil. When we shun God, we shun the most powerful protection of our soul.
God has given us the light, the truth and the way so that we may protect our souls from the evil that would rob us of the promise of eternal life in the kingdom of God. God is there to protect us if we choose to ask Him for his protective hand. As Jesus walked among us He taught us the power of love. Through prayer, He will guide us through the many ways love can work to deliver us blessings not only in this life, but for life eternal. Will you pray these simple prayers with me asking for the protection of those around us and thanking Him for the many ways in which he protects our soul?
A simple prayer: Dear Lord, we ask for the protection of the children yet to be born. Help guide the world to a culture of life.
A simple prayer: Dear Lord, we pray for Your grace, blessings and salvation for all the faithful, their families and loved ones.
A simple prayer: Dear Lord, continue to grant strength to our military and those who fight to defend our freedom. Bless them for their bravery.
A simple prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the Guardian Angels you have sent to watch over us each day.
A simple prayer: Dear Lord, protect us in the practice of our faith that we may worship You free from persecution.
A simple prayer: Dear Lord, protect us from those who would deceive us and try to lead us astray with false prophecy.
A simple prayer: Dear Lord, help us understand that you gave us the commandment to love so that we may vanquish evil through the power only love can create.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
