To all who see these words, greetings;

Prayers for the Blessings of Humility

Let us pray in thanks for His blessing of the humble. Heavenly Father, You have taught us to turn from the sins of arrogance and to reflect upon our faults. We pray in thanks and praise for Your patience as we learn our way and that You will guide us from our faults. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray that You protect the poor and defenseless.

Dear Lord, we pray that leaders are turned from arrogance and learn to serve the people.

Dear Lord, we pray for those who are persecuted in Your name, that they may know the blessing of Your justice.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks and praise for what You have revealed to us and the blessing of Your Word.

Dear Lord, we pray the poor and oppressed are delivered from all evil and will forever know the blessings of Your love.

Dear Lord, we pray You turn the arrogant leader from the ways which lead to conflict and oppression.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks and praise for the servant leaders which You raise for the blessings of all.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we walk our daily lives, we learn to focus not upon the sins of others, but upon our own sins for which we should seek forgiveness. Heavenly Father, You have sought to guide us to the blessings of humbleness. We pray that You forever guide us to the light and blessings of Your Word and away from the temptations to sin. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
