Prayer In Thanks for the Gifts He Gives

Let us pray and rejoice at the wedding feast of the Lamb. Heavenly Father, You created us so we might receive the blessings of Your love. It is through the sacrifice of the Lamb by which we receive the blessings of Your love and may be transformed so we might walk in Your light. We pray all may come and all may rejoice at the wedding feast of the Lamb. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray in sorrow and ask for Your forgiveness for the times we have turned from You.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks and praise for the One You sent to turn the world to the blessings of Your love.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks and praise for the talents You placed within us so we might share our blessings with one another.

Dear Lord, we pray that You reveal to our hearts how we may employ the gifts You created within us so that through us, others may see Your light.

Dear Lord, as You transformed water into wine at the wedding feast, we pray You transform us so we may turn from the darkness and walk in Your light.

Dear Lord, we pray for the transformation of those who lead so that Your light might shine through them.

Dear Lord, we pray that You transform the world from the darkness, which strangles it, to the blessings of the light through which we all might share in civility, charity and love.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, that we are granted the wisdom, strength and courage through which we may extinguish the darkness of the world. Heavenly Father, through the blessings of Your only begotten Son, we receive the example of Your light. We pray that You guide us in how we may bring light to transform where darkness reigns. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
