I have chronic back pain and has tried various treatments for relief. I?ve tried painkillers, ointments and most of all conventional pain relief methods but nothing helped. This is affecting my daily routine, as it even interrupts my sleep. I am experiencing numbness and tingling in my legs even if I walk for 5 minutes. My doctor told that I might be suffering from spinal stenosis. He asked me to try physical therapy as treatment. I contacted a physiotherapy clinic in Burlington and fixed an appointment there. Have anyone here had similar conditions before? Will physiotherapy alone cure my pain? Please pray for me. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know.
