Prayers We May Grow In Humility and Service

Let us pray we are granted the wisdom and strength of humility. Heavenly Father, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the lessons of service and humility taught to us by Your holy Son. We pray all may hear and learn the blessings we may share as we approach one another with humility, civility, and charity. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for Your great glory.

Dear Lord, we love You and praise Your holy ways.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us in our responsibilities.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us in our endeavors to share the blessings of Your gospel.

Dear Lord, we pray You will grant us strength to turn from hubris and towards humility.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to encourage one another in the blessings of faith.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to turn away from our sin and towards care for those in need.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we may grow in our humility and service to those who surround us. Heavenly Father, You sent Your only begotten Son to instruct us, not only by Word, but by His example of obedience to You. We pray the eyes and ears of the generations will observe His lessons and incorporate them into their lives so we may all share the blessings of love and peace. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
