To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We May Hear and Heed His Voice

Let us pray that we may hear and heed the voice in the wilderness which cries out that we make straight the path for the Lord. Heavenly Father, You bless us with those You send to share the wisdom of Your Holy Word. We pray You will grant us wisdom and understanding so we may encourage one another in receiving the blessings and fullness of faith. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for those You send to enable our hearing and understanding of Your Holy Word.

Dear Lord, we thank You for the many ways You work within our lives and endeavor to feed our souls.

Dear Lord, we pray You will grant us the courage and strength by which we may turn away from evil.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks for the patience You have with our failings so we may have the opportunity to repent and learn how we may sin no more.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us in how we may encourage one another to fight the deceptions and temptations of evil so we may share in the blessings of all which is right and just.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for Your grace, mercy, and forgiveness.

Dear Lord, humbly look to the day where we may be gathered into Your holy kingdom.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we may hear the blessings of His voice. Heavenly Father, You speak clearly to our hearts, yet, so many are not able to hear over the noise of the world. We pray You will open the eyes of every heart so none are left blind to the blessings of Your holy Word. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
