Prayers In Thanks for the Hope He Offers

Let us pray in thanks for the hope which is offered to us through our Lord and Savior. Heavenly Father, though we are not worthy, You continue to beckon to us to receive the blessings of Your love. We pray You will fill our hearts with the wisdom, courage, and strength by which we may share your message of hope and help accomplish Your will. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to hear Your voice so we may follow to the love to which it leads.

Dear Lord, we pray You will enable us to care for the most defenseless among us; the child in the womb, the afflicted, and the elderly.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the hope brought to us through Your holy Word.

Dear Lord, we pray You will raise up for us leaders who will do what is right and just and who will lead the people in all which is right and just.

Dear Lord, as evil conspires against us to fill us with doubt and despair, we pray You will fill us with the blessings of Your hope.

Dear Lord, we pray You will enable us to help share with the world the blessings of Your mercy and peace.

Dear Lord, we pray the Holy Spirit will fill us so we may share with one another the blessings of Your holy truth.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will find the resolve through which we may act rightly and prevail over sin. Heavenly Father, temptation awaits us and we are weak. Only You can strengthen us to help accomplish that which is right and just. We pray You will enable us to help share the blessings of Your love. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
