Prayer-Soldier

Many blessings to all,

In the beginning, God created everything and gave dominion over the world to His children. He has granted us miracles, but He also looks to us to do that which is in our control. He has given each of us gifts so that if we work together, we build a better world for all. He looks for us to participate with Him and each other to do His will, but He is also there for us. As we look around the world, there is what is of man and what is of God. He has given us stewardship over His creation, but the true blessings are through Him and our relationship with Him.

If we try to do it all by ourselves, we will be overwhelmed. If we invite Him into our lives, He will guide us; we will find fulfillment beyond the temporary pleasures of the world; we will learn to accept that which is, but we will also learn that through Him we will discover so much more. As we grow with God, He will work through us. Through prayer, we open our hearts to the Lord. Will you pray these simple prayers with me?

A simple prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the feeling of joy, love and fulfillment You send to us through the Holy Spirit.

A simple prayer: Dear Lord, help us to keep the trust of our children so the deceitful do not lead them astray.

A simple prayer: Dear Lord, when we face darkness in this world, bless us with your light.

A simple prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for the rain of today which provides water for all the blessings of Your creation.

A simple prayer: Dear Lord, please guide and grant wisdom to our legislators to lead our country to preserve freedom and peace.

A simple prayer: Dear Lord, we pray in praise and glory for all your creation. Amen.

A simple prayer: Dear Lord, we ask that you send the Holy Spirit over the land so we are once again one nation under God.

In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
