To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We May Demonstrate Our Love

Let us pray we will have the wisdom, courage, and strength through which to demonstrate our love for our Lord. Heavenly Father, Your only begotten Son told us there is no greater love than to lay down one's life for a friend. We know His words are true, because, from upon the cross He laid down His life for all the children of Your creation so we might receive forgiveness for our sins. His sacrifice for us speaks louder than any word. We pray every heart will comprehend what was done so we need not perish, but may receive through Your Holy Son the blessing of everlasting life within Your holy kingdom. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us in how we may share the blessings of love with one another.

Dear Lord, we pray all Your people will know the blessings of Your great mercy.

Dear Lord, we look to the day where every soul will give glory and praise for the love You pour out for us.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for Your great glory.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide hearts to share the blessings of love for You and one another.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us see how we may live the blessings You teach.

Dear Lord, we pray You will raise us for us good shepherds who will do what is right and just and who will lead the children of Your creation in all which is right and just.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we may find the ways we may demonstrate our love for our God and one another. Heavenly Father, we are too often careless in our thought, in our word, and in our deed. We pray You will guide us to how we may share the blessings of love You have always intended for us. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
