To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;
Prayers We May Resist the Evil Day
Let us pray we may avoid the grasp of the wolves. Heavenly Father, the institutions of our society continue to crumble under the weight of the behaviors which yield the ravages of sin. The lowly, the innocent, and the faithful suffer at the hands of corruption. We pray, dear Lord, You will guide us in the use of the gifts and talents You have placed within us so we may join together and turn the tide against all the flows of evil. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.
Dear Lord, we pray You will prepare us for the great day of Your healing.
Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the angels You send for the protection of souls.
Dear Lord, we pray You will help us share the blessings of Your Holy Truth from one ear to another.
Dear Lord, we pray You will guide our hearts so we may accomplish what You ask of us.
Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to see and close off the many sources of evil which endeavor to infect our souls.
Dear Lord, we pray You will guide every soul to the armor You offer for the protection of souls.
Dear Lord, help us to put on Your armor and engage the fight so that Your will may be done.
For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we shall not let loose of the armor of God. Heavenly Father, there are many humble hearts who approach one another with the blessings of civility, compassion, and charity; but the hearts of darkness continue to swell. We pray You will have mercy upon the children of Your creation and strengthen us so we may resist the evil day. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
May the peace and blessings of the Lord be with you always,
Prayer Soldier
