To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We May Hear the Call of the Lord

Let us pray that we may hear the call of the Lord. Heavenly Father, for every generation You have set the purpose for each of us from before the womb and have sent to us those who will help us on our journey. We pray You will guide our hearts so we may hear Your call and that we may know how we may use the gifts You have created within us so that Your will may be done. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, help us to see the purpose for which You created us.

Dear Lord, guide us in the ways we may do Your will.

Dear Lord, grant to us the wisdom by which we may help others hear Your call.

Dear Lord, we pray You will lift up for us leaders who will encourage all in what is right and just.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to see how we may spread the blessings of Your gospel.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the blessings of Your only begotten Son.

Dear Lord, we pray for the Holy Spirit to fill all the hearts throughout the world with the blessings of love.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we shall see what we may do to help fulfill the will of God. Heavenly Father, through the blessings of Your only begotten Son, we are encouraged to learn and follow Your Word. We pray You will grant us wisdom and understanding in how we may share these blessings with all who cross our path. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
