To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We Are Guided By His Will

Let us pray that He will guide us in our endeavors. Heavenly Father, we often fail to see the consequences of our selfishness. We pray You will guide our hearts so that not our will, but Your will be done. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our thanks and praise for the blessings of Your ways.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us turn from our failings and towards the works You desire of us.

Dear Lord, we pray the You will enable us to do what is right and just.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to see how we may encourage and help one another.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to see how we may turn from our will and towards Yours.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to increase our sharing of faith, hope, and charity.

Dear Lord, help us to see Your will and how we may contribute to accomplish Your plan.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, that the will of God shall become our will. Heavenly Father, we are seduced to many evils of which all are against Your will of love. Our hearts are filled with sorrow for the many ways we fail You. We pray You will help us to see where we walk astray and where we have the opportunity to return to Your righteous path. We pray You will guide us so that not our will, but Your will be done. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
