Prayers We Are Guided In How We Tend to the Temple Entrusted to Us

Let us pray that we are guided in how we may tend to the temple entrusted to us. Heavenly Father, it is written that our bodies are meant as a temple so the Holy Spirit may reside within us. We lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the blessings of this gift. We pray the Holy Spirit will guide every soul in Your ways and Your truth. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise of the Holy Spirit You place within us.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help every soul see the blessings of living true to Your commandments.

Dear Lord, we pray You will pour Your Holy Spirit into our hearts.

Dear Lord, we pray You will teach us the ways of Your wisdom.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the One You sent to help us comprehend how we may live according to Your Holy Word.

Dear Lord, help us to turn away from that which destroys the temple of our soul.

Dear Lord, we give thanks for what was revealed by the temple destroyed and raised again on the third day.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we may tend to the temple of our soul. Heavenly Father, You sent to us the gift of Your Holy Spirit so we may be guided by Your truth and all which is right and just. We ask that You will lead us away from temptation so we may share in the blessings of Your ways. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
