To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We May Hear, Learn, and Share

Let us pray we may receive the fullness of faith. Heavenly Father, there are those who seek to silence Your good shepherds or distract us from the message they bring. We pray, dear Lord, You will help the people hear the voices of those You send to teach us Your ways and who share the good news brought forth through Your only begotten Son. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks for those whom You send to spread Your good news.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us see the opportunities we have to share with others the blessings of the gospel.

Dear Lord, we pray You will fill our hearts with the wisdom of Your Holy Word.

Dear Lord, we pray You will raise up for us good shepherds who will do what is right and just and who will lead Your people in all which is right and just.

Dear Lord, we pray You will enable us to share the warmth You place within our hearts with those who suffer in the darkness of the world.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the hope with which You fill our hearts.

Dear Lord, enable us to spread throughout the world the good news of Your love.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will see the opportunities by which we may share the good news of the Lord. Heavenly Father, if those who witnessed did not speak, how would we know what the life, death, and resurrection of Your only begotten Son revealed? We pray You will raise up for us good shepherds who will teach and that You will enable us to teach the youth of our day and the generations to come. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
