Prayers We May Be Changed By His Glory

Let us pray we may see the fullness of the glory of God. Heavenly Father, upon the mountain, Your only begotten Son was transfigured to reveal His divine form. We lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for Your great glory and pray You will help us to share in the truth of the gospel which is revealed by the Word made flesh. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the mercy You give to those who trust in You.

Dear Lord, help us to understand how we may be obedient to Your holy will.

Dear Lord, we pray You will grant us protection as we face the days where evil swirls around us.

Dear Lord, we pray You will deliver us from our sins and open our hearts to the blessings of love.

Dear Lord, we pray You will help us to comprehend all which Your Son teaches us.

Dear Lord, help us to turn from our sinful nature so we may discover the blessings which are shared by the holy ones.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the radiant glory of Your holy Son.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will look for the opportunities before us through which we may observe, learn, and grow. Heavenly Father, You placed different gifts within each of us so we might share of them for the blessing of others. Help us to understand Your plan for us and how we may change for the better so Your divine will may be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
