To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers In Thanks for the Water of Life

Let us pray the nations shall follow His ways. Heavenly Father, You gave us Your commandments so we may live in love of You and one another. We lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the water of eternal life You offer. We pray every ear may hear and every heart may receive the good news of Your Holy Word. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, help us to see the blessings You bring for the benefit of all the generations.

Dear Lord, guide us so our works may be counted among those which are right and just.

Dear Lord, help us to see how we may share the blessings of Your love.

Dear Lord, help us to see the choices we may make to help nourish the hearts which surround us so we may all be filled with the blessings of love.

Dear Lord, we pray You will wash us of our iniquities so our hearts may be purified.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the baptism You offer to all the nations and all the generations.

Dear Lord, help us to see how we may spread the blessings of Your Holy Word.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we shall receive the blessings of baptism through the Holy Spirit. Heavenly Father, before us You have given us the choice to follow the darkness or the light. We pray You will guide us so what we share will turn away the darkness and bring forth all which is good. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
