To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers God Will Guide Us Through Adversity

Let us pray that as we face adversity, God will guide us. Heavenly Father, You created each of us for a purpose. We pray You will guide us as we face the challenges of the world so we may turn away evil and share the blessings of love. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray in thanks and praise for the ways you nourish our souls.

Dear Lord, we pray that as we face adversity, You will help us endure.

Dear Lord, we pray that when evil surrounds us, You will deliver us.

Dear Lord, we pray You will grant us the wisdom, courage, and strength to accomplish the purpose for which You created us.

Dear Lord, we pray that as we are tempted to anger that You will guide us to respond with forgiveness and love.

Dear Lord, we pray that where there is need, You will lead us in how we may help remove suffering.

Dear Lord, we pray You will grant us leaders who will lead us in all which is right and just.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that should we face adversity in our day, that we shall be guided in how we may respond. Heavenly Father, You guided the faithful of generations past in the ways they may turn away evil and share in the blessings of Your Holy Word. We pray You will guide us as well, not only in how we may endure adversity and triumph over evil, but how we may also share the blessings of love with all who cross our path. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
