To all who see these words, greetings;

Prayers We May Heed God Rather Than Those Blinded by the World:

Let us pray that He will guide us so that we might encourage and care for one another. Heavenly Father, Your Son challenged Peter to tend to His lambs and feed His sheep. As Jesus gave the keys of heaven to Peter, He also gave the challenge and responsibility to care for His flock such that they may not be taken by the world, but brought to the gates of heaven. As the hands and feet of His church, You call all of us to assist in this work. We pray that You grant us wisdom, courage and strength through which we may rise to the challenge to do and live by what is right and just according to Your Holy Word. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for those You send to share the good news of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Dear Lord, we pray that we might be given the love, courage and strength to turn to God over those who would have us turn away from Him.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for Your great glory.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise, for by Your holy cross, You have purchased our salvation.

Dear Lord, we pray that You grant us wisdom, courage and strength through which we may bring blessings to the lives of all who cross our path.

Dear Lord, we pray that You guide our leaders to do what is right and just for the blessings of all the children of Your creation.

Dear Lord, we pray that You guide us in the ways we may help fulfill the charge You gave to Peter, and thereby to the members of Your holy church, to tend Your lambs and feed Your sheep.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will heed the ways of God over the ways of people. Heavenly Father, through the blessings of Your grace, mercy and love, we receive the good news of Your Word. We pray that You will guide us in all which we do so that we may live free of the darkness and that we may share the blessings of Your love with all who cross our path. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
