To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We May Be Responsible Stewards

Let us pray we may be responsible stewards for all which God allows us to use. Heavenly Father, You created within us varied gifts and talents so we might be drawn to collaborate as stewards of Your creation. We pray You will guide our hearts as we work together to help address the needs of the sick, poor, hungry, and suffering souls. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, help us to turn from the complacency caused by our comforts so we may effectively engage the work You would have us do.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in sorrow for the ways we have failed to care for one another.

Dear Lord, help us to recognize the work You desire we perform so Your will may be done.

Dear Lord, help us to recognize those with whom You desire us to work to help accomplish Your will.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us to the means of effective solutions to the problems of those who are in need.

Dear Lord, we pray You will lead us to how we may encourage others through the blessings of love.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for all which You teach us.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we shall see the opportunities we have to help accomplish the will of the Lord. Heavenly Father, Your only begotten Son encouraged us to care for the less fortunate and to do for one another with the blessings of love. We pray You will help every heart hear so that in our working together and sharing, we shall make the world a better place for all. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
