To all who see these words, may the peace of God be with you;

Prayers We Are Guided in His Truth

Let us pray that we shall be guided to see through the one who endeavors to deceive us. Heavenly Father, You have given us the ability to examine and reason, but too often the eyes of our hearts are clouded by worldly desires. We pray You will help us to see through the deceptions of the world so we may turn away from choices of iniquity. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray You will protect us from the evil one who endeavors to deceive.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in sorrow for the times we have failed You and one another in our choices.

Dear Lord, we lift up our hearts in thanks and praise for the grace You offer.

Dear Lord, we pray You will guide us to all which is right and just.

Dear Lord, we pray You will protect us from the divisions which the evil one endeavors to sow.

Dear Lord, grant us the wisdom, courage, and strength to turn away from all which deceives us.

Dear Lord, send upon us Your Holy Spirit to guide us to what we may do so Your will may be done.

For these and the prayers in the hearts of all the faithful, we pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Let us pray that as we travel our daily journey, we will be enabled to see through the deceptions of the evil one. Heavenly Father, we do not see as You see or know what You know. We ask that You will lead us away from our weakness and guide us to the strength which we may receive only through You. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
